This initial consultation is what we’re going to build off of. It’s a unique process where you get to speak with freedom about your current lifestyle, eating habits, kitchen mental health and where you’d like to go with it. Everything is confidential and kept between the two of us.

I have done everything from vanishing the “naughties” out of cupboards to introducing shiny new inspiring replacements from natural foods markets. I have transformed old family favorite recipe and even taught people how to use their new juicer or dehydrator. I can do one on one instruction in your kitchen or host an event for your tightest friends and family.

Once I know your needs and once you know I am the right coach for your personal dreams, then we set up our appointment to begin your shiny new life.

Foodie Classes

What better way to learn how to create delicious raw food than to meet and mingle with other kindred spirits during one of my classes? It’s all prepared right in front of your own eyes with time set aside for Q&As. And samples… yes, the energizing samples are by far the best part!
