Summer Spinach Rolls

Spread a thin layer of hummus on a round spinach lavash.

Sprinkle with:
sunflower seeds
finely shredded kale
thinly sliced cucumbers
shredded carrots
diced tomatoes
sprouts

Roll tightly and secure with plastic wrap. Travels well, easy to store and tastes delicious!
