Lemon Aid Cleanse Article Eight (from Kristen's blog)

Who would have ever thought I could find such a purr-fect Halloween costume??! I've been a bee every year since I opened Bee Green, but always adding a fun twist to the traditional colored yellow & black bee. This year I found a pink bee suit that even has undies that say BEE HAVE! I am thrilled about this as you can see but mostly I am thrilled because the week before when I tried it on, I needed a medium because it was a bit snug in the tummy area. Knowing I was starting a cleanse soon, I took my chances and didn't buy it hoping I could squeeze into that one size small hanging on the rack.

Well, I am glad to report that my newly flattened tummy fit peacefully into that size small with even some extra wiggled room. I was so stoked that I treated myself to a funky wig, some dazzling glitter eyelashes, and a hot pink BLING ring!

It was the only thing that made the trip bearable. If you follow me on Twitter you know that I was enraged during my shopping experience by a grandmother intentionally scaring her one year old grandson "as punishment". She walked from scary monster to scary monster putting the screaming child into their faces as they flashed lights and made scary noises.

His screams echoed throughout the store for well over thirty minutes as he tried to get away, she put him right back. She laughed hysterically. Everyone stared in disbelief but only two had the courage to say something. Yes, one was me. Kinda makes me understand what is going wrong with society today.

Thanks for allowing me to vent and brag all in one blog today! This is day five for me and I'm feeling spunky! I am hoping this "slimming action" will soon hit my derriere and these American thighs! LOL! I have just submitted my Happy Hallow-Green article for this week's paper. It is filled with earth friendly party ideas and decorating alternatives to made in China plastic. It will be on the stands Wednesday! Check it out! I am curious to hear how many Albany cleansers will be able to drop a size in their costumes for this year!
