Raw Chocolate Cake

Even better than a two layer chocolate cake… this one has a nutty crusty bottom! Tai Blue is the creator of this chocolate dreamy masterpiece.

Dressed as a zombie at our Hallow*Green Party, she did a demo of this recipe and it brought smiles to all the little ghosts and goblins.

THE TREAT? It is totally mommy approved with zero refined sugar, superfood cacao and nuts.

THE TRICK: This is one of the creamiest cakes you’ll ever experience ~ even compared to recipes that use rich dairy. Lactose intolerant? No worries! Soaking the nuts and blending is how this consistency isĀ achieved!

The best of all: NO BAKING!! Go ahead, pinch yourself… MMMmm…
