Matt Monarch is 100% raw vegan; his diet consists of only raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and seaweeds. He has been eating this way for eight years and enjoys extraordinary good health, bountiful energy, clarity of mind and a deepened connection to nature.

He is committed to the raw lifestyle and passionate about spreading this message of health to others. Born and raised in California, he now travels all over the world, lecturing on raw foods and exploring the delights of fresh raw produce in different locations. He inspires audiences with his enthusiasm and simple, accessible approach to going raw in a healthy and sustainable way and is sought after as a speaker at raw gatherings.

Back in 2002, Angela was 23 years old and morbidly obese.

She was lost in miserable cycles of a non-existent love-life, uncontrollable overeating and complete denial. But that all changed when she was lent a book, The Raw Family, by the Boutenkos that revolutionized her life. She began eating raw and the improvements in her health over the next weeks were astonishing.

She said, “You could almost see the weight burn off me. ­I will never forget seeing my collar bone again for the first time in years; my skin and hair quality improved dramatically, my energy soared and I was filled with vitality and a new hunger ­for real life.”

Since her discovery of raw food, Angela’s journey has continued and not only has she found happiness, but she has also shared it and made a point of helping others who struggled as she herself struggled. She now lives an almost completely sustainable lifestyle in Equador with her husband Matt.

They chronicle their raw food journey and experiences, at Raw Reform, inspiring the health-seeking community and reminding everyone that no one need face such change alone.

Rehmannia Dean Thomas Vitality MastersRehmannia Dean Thomas

Rehmannia Dean Thomas is a Taoist Tonic Herbalist, trained for 8 years under Master Herbalist Ron Teeguarden, serving as his personal “Teamaster”, where he learned the precepts of the oldest and most sophisticated official health system in Human history, which employs the use of herbal substances for health. Rehmannia is the reincarnation of a Taoist Shaman herbalist from a Shaolin Monestary in the 1500’s. It is said that this herbalist vowed at the end of his life to return to Earth when mankind was ready to receive the true depth of Taoist health philosophy.

Rehmannia has done many lectures on the precepts and mechanics of the Taoist health system, and has now written a book on this here-to-fore secret modality. “Healing Thresholds” brings to light a philosophy of health that has never been exposed in the west, and now appears more valuable and timely than ever, as the wisdom it holds may represent an essential component of the new consciousness that is rapidly emerging- a consciousness that enfolds physical purity with spiritual insight. Frank GiglioChef Frank Giglio

Frank Giglio is a classically trained chef from the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT and a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Since the age of 15, Frank has fully immersed himself into the culinary world. Young and intrigued, Frank went on to apprentice under some of the countries top chefs where he was able to find a deep understanding for the creative process of working with food, as well a learning the fine art of tastes and flavors.

As the years past, Chef Giglio sought after a deeper connection to the theories of raw foods and cleansing, which led him to the Tree of Life Rejuvenation Center in Patagonia, AZ. With a strong passion for using food as medicine Frank works greatly to produce sustainable cuisine, which to him, means seeking the highest quality foods grown locally and in alignment with the environment.

The base of Frank’s culinary offerings lie in classic technique and traditional foods preparation. Frank’s merging of herbalism, superfood and raw food nutrition with fresh, seasonal and local foods create a cuisine, that is wholesome,pure and full of vitality!
